A single room is available in a light, breezy sharehouse in Kelvin Grove, sharing with three females in their late 20s who all work full-time.The room has a built-in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished. Rent is $140 a week, plus bills.
The house is equipped with a modern kitchen (including dishwasher!) and bathroom (2 of them, in fact), and features a covered outdoor living area and a beautiful yard. Most of the rest of the house is furnished, but its big enough that we could probably fit any general furniture you might have in too (and there's a shed for storage).
The location in Kelvin Grove is very central; close to the city, shops, public transport and other fun things.
We all live pretty independent lives but like to be hospitable and have people round or share a meal once in a while.
